LIIFT4 Body Beast Hybrid

I know….I know, I’m racing way ahead of the game but I couldn’t help it! I created this LIIFT4 Body Beast hybrid to provide an exciting a medium to long term plan for my challengers.

This hybrid combines the best of both worlds. For those of you who are used to training 5 or 6 times per week, it’ll give you the fix you need without overtraining. If you haven’t already been through a full round of Body Beast or LIIFT4, I recommend you follow each routine as per the original calendars provided via Beachbody on Demand. If you’re already experienced, this LIIFT4 and Body Beast Hybrid will be perfect for you.
