Happy New Year! It’s 2018 and Masters Hammer and Chisel is my first workout routine weapon of choice this year.

happy new youAs part of my January Challenge group – Happy New You, I’ve set-up a multi-program challenge using the MyChallenge tracker app and portal. This is only day 3 but I have to say I’m very impressed with MyChallenge tracker so far. I’ll post separately about this but just thought I’d slip it in there at the earliest convenience.

A multi-program challenge group basically comprises of people who are using various Beachbody programs, along with Shakeology and Beachbody nutrition in order to get in shape for the duration of the challenge.

Why Masters Hammer and Chisel?

Right, on to my weapon of choice. Why Masters Hammer and Chisel? Well the previous two programs I’ve completed are Body Beast (possibly my all time favourite) and Week of Hard Labor, which is more or less like an extension of Body Beast. I like Sagi Kalev’s workouts and at heart I’m a weights kind of guy. I’m not so good at the cardio elements and really enjoy lifting weights. Over the festive period I’ve partied long and hard, I always do. I gained a massive 17 lbs and put on 8 inches around my waist. Did this concern me? Not at all. Just watch this space! Well……the results space at the bottom of this page anyway 😉
