Results

diane challenge group results21 Day Fix was my initial ‘weapon of choice’ as my husband would say for our January Challenge group.

I lost a whopping 20 inches and 12 lbs!!! So naturally I was over the the moon with these results.

Conclusion

21 Day Fix is a fantastic program. It’s definitely one of the Beachbody core routines. The results gallery from 21 Day Fix is almost infinite and now I have my own results to go with them. I’d highly recommend 21 Day Fix for anyone who wants amazing results in just 3 weeks.
