LIIFT4 Legs 50/50 Thoughts

I’m now officially 4 weeks into LIIFT4. My legs are going to be sore all weekend after this morning’s workout. This is how the usual 50/50 format unfolded (literally) my legs this morning:

Circuit Sets  x 3
HIIT leg exercise 1 (60 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 2 (45 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 3 (30 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 2 (15 seconds)

Burnout Circuit Sets x 2
HIIT leg exercise 1 (30 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 2 (30 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 3 (30 seconds)
HIIT leg exercise 2 (30 seconds)

Core Supersets x 3
Ab exercise 1 (30 seconds)
Ab exercise 2 (30 seconds)

I’m done for the week! Now for the weekend off. Everyone can do this right?
