Again, all you need is dumbbells or resistance bands. What I’ve quickly realised is that the weights section of LIIFT4 certainly isn’t half assed! Bear in mind I’ve used Body Beast in many forms this year and I’m more sore after a few days of LIIFT4 than I have been all year….we’re talking major DOMS!
