LIIFT4 Shoulders LIIFT Intervals Thoughts

Another simple yet tough one. Our Autumn Fat Burn Challenge has just kicked off and is already full! I’m more motivated than ever before. Bring on Autumn.

The format was the same as the other shoulder routines:

  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 x ab exercises supersetted (3 x 30 seconds each set)
