LIIFT4 Chest & Triceps Circuit Thoughts
This workout entails the following;
- A chest exercise
- A triceps exercise
- Another chest exercise
- Another triceps exercise
You’ll then do 2 x more blocks like this, then a burnout round.
Finally you’ll superset 2 x core exercises.
As you can see I’m absolutely brimming with carbs. I aloway overfeed on carbs over the weekend so my weight is typically up every Monday. I use LIIFT4 to deplete glycogen stores and burn fat, whilst hanging onto as much muscle as possible.
