Our Autumn Fat Burn Challenge is flying! Challengers are doing LIIFT4 and other routines and smashing it. I find it very motivational seeing other people achieve their goals and dreams.

The format was the same as the other shoulder routines:

  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 shoulder exercises supersetted (3 x 10 reps)
  • 1 x HIIT exercise for 30 seconds
  • 2 x ab exercises supersetted (3 x 30 seconds each set)
