This one is going to hurt! I went heavy straight out out of the blocks and I’m not sure if this was a good idea. We’re on holiday from tomorrow which involves driving for me….I just know my leg DOMS are going to plague me! I loved the format of this workout and it was over in a flash. LIIFT4 is both tough and enjoyable. There are modified moves for people struggling with their overall mobility or fitness level. I’m getting used to the really good mini core workout at the end of each workout now. Great stuff indeed!
