LIIFT4 Shoulders and Arms Circuit Thoughts

Workout length:
35 minutes

Shoulders and arms or ‘sharms’….now you’re talking!

The format was the same as the other shoulder routines:

Circuit one (3 sets x 10 reps each)

  • Shoulder exercise 1
  • Bicep exercise
  • Shoulder exercise 2
  • Tricep exercise

Circuit two (3 sets x 10 reps each)

  • Shoulder exercise 1
  • Bicep exercise
  • Shoulder exercise 2
  • Tricep exercise

Burnout (3 sets x 30 seconds each)

  • Shoulder exercise
  • Bicep exercise
  • Tricep exercise

Core section (3 x 30 second supersets)

  • Ab exercise 1
  • Ab exercise 2

Now THIS is my kind of workout. I loved the pace and the no nonsense approach. I now only have 5 workouts left and I’m done!
