LIIFT4 Total Body Thoughts

Week 7 ‘Shred It’ for LIIFT4 definitely hyped up the intensity in a relentless fashion! My heart rate was nearly at the max throughout this session.

This is the first time doing Full Body HIIT, which is 6 moves in 3 sets, plus a burnout set, that I really felt! There’s also an additional core move. Since this is the last workout of the week and I performed it on a Friday, I was pumped for this. Loved it.
