LIIFT4 Chest & Back Circuit Thoughts

This workout comprises of the following;

  • Chest exercise 1
  • Chest exercise 2
  • Back exercise 1
  • Back exercise 2

3 sets altogether, then another block set up the same way but with 4 different exercises.

Finally, the burnout round.

Workout length:
37 minutes

This was naturally very similar to last weeks workout, just switching a few of the exercises around a bit. I did manage to go heavy throughout. I like the pump you get from a chest and back workout, it’s a complete upper body routine and your shoulders and arms are used as secondary components.
