LIIFT4 Shoulders and Arms Circuit Thoughts
Workout length:
35 minutes
Final shoulders and arms workout. I’m starting to feel a little LIIFT4 nostalgic already!
The format was the same as the other shoulder routines:
Circuit one (3 sets x 10 reps each)
- Shoulder exercise 1
- Bicep exercise
- Shoulder exercise 2
- Tricep exercise
Circuit two (3 sets x 10 reps each)
- Shoulder exercise 1
- Bicep exercise
- Shoulder exercise 2
- Tricep exercise
Burnout (3 sets x 30 seconds each)
- Shoulder exercise
- Bicep exercise
- Tricep exercise
Core section (3 x 30 second supersets)
- Ab exercise 1
- Ab exercise 2
I get one hell of a pump from shoulder workouts. The great thing is too, all the niggling little injuries I’ve been carrying for a while seem to be clearing up. LIIFT4 is truly multi-disciplined. I actually feel more supple like I’ve been doing yoga or a load of stretching when I haven’t!
