2 x back exercise supersets

Block 2 (x 3 sets)

1 x back exercise
1 x bicep exercise (supersets)

Block 3 (x 3 sets)

2 x bicep exercise (supersets)

Block 4

One final bicep burnout

Block 5

3 x HIIT exercise tricets

Block 6

2 x ab exercise supersets

Workout length:
36 minutes

All you need is dumbbells or resistance bands. I really liked this routine. No messing about, you feel it all the way and you’ll sweat buckets by the end!
