Who’s ready for a winter push?
My goal during winter is to pack on as much muscle as possible ready to shred down again from January. The code word is ‘enjoyment’ and the ethos is to train smart whilst doing so.
Let’s face it, we’re going to consume more calories during the festive period right? So why not maximise this with our approach. You can lose fat too to fit into your party dress/pants too if you wish!
